Ice Cream Party
“Only ice cream? Sounds strange.”
That was the initial reaction of my friend when I told him that we’re going to have an ice cream party at our house on Sunday. Well, it’s not really a big party, just a small family gathering which we regularly do every weekend. My mom will cook our favorite dishes and then we’ll have ice cream for desert! But not just one flavor. Four! My brother’s treat 
He just started on a new job and it’s going to be like a celebration for him.
I think every member of the Vargas Family loves ice cream Mom’s favorite flavor is ube, Kally likes cheese, bro loves chocolate, and … do I need to tell my favorite? Of course vanilla but chocolate is second to my heart. I like plain and not too sweet. Unfortunately, I easily get a sore throat with rocky road, cookies and cream, and choco crumble.
